SPOT+ is the business focused part of SPOT Festival. With a SPOT+ Ticket you’ll gain access to the SPOT+ area where you can participate in networking, seminars and lectures.

Changes in the programme
Reservations are made when it comes to any changes in the programme such as cancelled concerts or changing of time or place for a concert. Keep updated through our website or app.
Youth ticket
Persons with a purchased youth ticket must document with picture ID that they are under 25 years of age at the start of the festival on May 6th.
Children
Children under the age of 12 have free access to the festival in company of an adult.
Refunding tickets
Tickets can only be refunded in case of a cancellation of the festival. Tickets will automatically be refunded through SafeTickets.
Personal assistants for disabled persons
Having purchased a standard ticket or youth ticket and upon presenting a valid companion card from the Danish Disability Organizations’ User Service, the disabled person may bring a personal assistant with him/her into the festival area free of charge. Upon arriving at the festival just present the companion card, and the assistant will receive a wristband corresponding to the purchased ticket unless another agreement (in writing) has been reached with SPOT before the start of the festival. If the disabled person is going to bring different assistants on Friday and Saturday, this must be cleared with SPOT before the start of the festival.
The festival stages have limited capacities
SPOT Festival is primarily an indoor festival and uses Aarhus’s many venues and culture houses for the concerts/ film screenings/ etc. Ranging from 50 to 3,000, the audience capacity of the individual venue varies a lot, and for that reason SPOT cannot guarantee all ticket holders access to all concerts. Show up at a good time before the concert/talk/etc.. It makes your chance of getting in a lot better. It is not possible to pre-book for the concerts.
